We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff members were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us in English or Russian. The location of this place was ideal, as it was close to both the airport and the city center. We were able to easily navigate around the city and explore all the popular attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the wide range of amenities provided, such as the in-room safe, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel even offered a welcome drink upon our arrival, which was a lovely touch.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel has a great location near key attractions and amenities. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.
The breakfast is not up to par with other hotels in the area, offering limited options and sometimes serving cold food. the hotel's transfer service is overpriced compared to other options available.

What a great Xmas I had at this hotel! the complementary hot cocoa and gingerbread cookies were such a lovely touch. the location was perfect for exploring the city and seeing the Xmas lights. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The Wi-Fi was spotty at best and made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones back home. the layout of the room was a bit awkward and made it hard to relax.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location. It was a short drive from the airport and close to several restaurants and attractions. the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to suit all tastes, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel had a fitness center and spa facility.
The noise level of the surrounding area was occasionally disruptive.

The warm and cozy room with a big bed and great blanket. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff that offers free luggage storage after checkout. Moreover, this hotel serves a nice breakfast with eggs, cheese, ham, vegetables and some sweets.
